Product Introduction

Cold-rolled steel products are derived from hot-rolled steel coils of ordinary carbon structural steel and further cold-rolled to create steel sheets with a thickness of less than 4mm. Because they are rolled at room temperature, no iron oxide scale is formed. Therefore, cold-rolled sheets have good surface quality and high dimensional accuracy. Additionally, with annealing treatment, their mechanical and process performance is superior to that of hot-rolled thin steel sheets. In many fields, especially in the household appliance manufacturing industry, they have gradually replaced hot-rolled thin steel sheets.

The surface roughness of cold-rolled steel products can be categorized as dull and bright.
